Six variables shape pricing. Knowing them up front lets us send a firm number on day one instead of three rounds of back-and-forth.

Annual issuance volume

The single biggest driver. We price per credential, not per seat — so a 200-student PG diploma costs less than a 50,000-student undergraduate batch.

Integration depth

A standalone dashboard is one quote. Pushing every credential to NAD, ABC, and DigiLocker, plus reading from your existing Samarth or SAP ERP, is another.

Credential schema complexity

A flat degree certificate is simple. A multi-semester mark-sheet with internal/external marks, grace marks, and re-evaluation history needs schema design work.

Compliance posture

Standard DPDP-aligned deployment is included. Sovereign-cloud, on-prem, or specific certifications (ISO 27001, audit trails for accreditation) are scoped separately.

Support level

Email support is standard. 24×7 NOC, dedicated implementation engineer, and SLAs for examination-season peaks are scoped to your calendar.

Why don't you publish per-credential prices?+
Because the right number for a 1,200-student college is wrong for a state university issuing 800,000 credentials annually with NAD integration. We send a fixed quote within 24 hours of a 15-minute scoping call — most prospects find this faster than reading a tier table that doesn't fit.
Is verification really free, forever?+
Yes. Anyone — students, employers, embassies, BGV firms — can verify any Gradify-issued credential at gradifytech.com/verifier with no signup, no fee, and no rate limit. Charging for verification would defeat the purpose of public, trustless credential infrastructure.
How does pricing compare to other Indian credential vendors?+
We don't quote vendor pricing publicly. What we will say: institutions running side-by-side evaluations have told us our quotes are competitive at small scale and meaningfully lower at state/government scale because we're built on a high-throughput, sub-paisa-per-mint chain versus platforms with higher transaction overhead. Ask us for a side-by-side TCO comparison against your current quote and we'll prepare one.
Do you charge per student or per credential?+
Per credential issued. A student receiving a 6-semester mark-sheet is six credentials. This aligns cost with actual blockchain anchoring activity rather than a flat seat fee — fairer for institutions with diverse programme structures.
Is there a setup fee?+
For Pilot tier, no — we absorb onboarding. For University and State/Government tiers, setup is a fixed line item that covers schema design, ERP integration, NAD/ABC pipeline configuration, and staff training. It is quoted up front, not hourly.
Can we pay in INR with GST invoicing?+
Yes. Gradify Labs LLP is registered in India with a valid GSTIN. All invoices are issued in INR with GST and are eligible for input credit. We accept NEFT, RTGS, and standard procurement modes including GeM for government clients.
What's the minimum commitment?+
12 months for University tier. Pilot tier is a one-time engagement with no renewal obligation — designed so you can prove it works before committing.
