How can we help?
Answers, guides, and support for institutions issuing credentials, students receiving them, and anyone verifying them.
Common questions answered
Answers for institutions, students, and anyone verifying credentials on our platform.
Issuing Credentials
Four steps from institutional setup to a permanent, on-chain credential.
Institution Verification
Your institution completes a one-time identity review. We confirm your on-chain identity and authorise designated staff to issue credentials.
Credential Creation
Authorised staff enter academic details — student name, degree type, graduation date, and any relevant metadata — through our admin dashboard.
Institutional Signing
Your institution's Solana wallet signs the credential transaction, creating a cryptographic proof of authenticity tied to your institution's on-chain identity.
On-Chain Minting
The credential is minted on Solana mainnet. Metadata is pinned to IPFS. The result: a permanent, tamper-evident record verifiable by anyone, anywhere.
Verifying Credentials
No account needed. Verify any Gradify credential in under 3 seconds.
Open the Verification Portal
Visit gradifytech.com/verifier — no account required. Anyone can verify any credential issued on the platform.
Enter the Credential ID
Paste the credential's unique ID or scan the QR code provided by the credential holder. The ID links directly to the on-chain record.
On-Chain Lookup
Our system queries Solana for the credential record, verifies the issuing institution's signature, and checks the revocation status.
Instant Result
Results appear in under 3 seconds — credential details, issuing institution, issuance date, and a clear valid / revoked status.
