Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions answered

Answers for institutions, students, and anyone verifying credentials on our platform.

For Institutions

Issuing Credentials

Four steps from institutional setup to a permanent, on-chain credential.

Step 01

Institution Verification

Your institution completes a one-time identity review. We confirm your on-chain identity and authorise designated staff to issue credentials.

Step 02

Credential Creation

Authorised staff enter academic details — student name, degree type, graduation date, and any relevant metadata — through our admin dashboard.

Step 03

Institutional Signing

Your institution's Solana wallet signs the credential transaction, creating a cryptographic proof of authenticity tied to your institution's on-chain identity.

Step 04

On-Chain Minting

The credential is minted on Solana mainnet. Metadata is pinned to IPFS. The result: a permanent, tamper-evident record verifiable by anyone, anywhere.
